Shipping Policy
Shipping costs vary and will be listed with each item. 
All bows, handmade, and special order items will ship usually in 15+ weeks as of May 2017 (due to a busy holiday season) unless other arrangements have been made. I want to make you happy, but I'm also a very busy bowmaker!

Insurance (US ONLY) is optional and available at the following link as an add on to your order. Please ADD it if you want insurance on your package, as I am not responsible for a lost package once it leaves my hands and is scanned by the postal service.

The cost is $2.65 for up to $100 worth of merchandise. If you order more than $100 worth of merchandise, please select a qty of 2 or more.
Overseas and non USA orders:
I can neither track, nor insure, International Items. I assume no responsibility for a lost international shipment. Please order at your own risk!
You are responsible for your country's customs and duty fees. Orders are not refundable if you choose not to pay your country's duty fees after your order has shipped.

No refunds, repairs, or returns. There may be an exception for an exchange on a case by case basis by contacting me within 24 hours from the date of receipt of item recorded on delivery confirmation.
All authorized returned merchandise must be received by me unused and from a smoke free environment, and in its original packaging within 3 days with delivery confirmation and tracking information.
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify accuracy of the product listing specifics including color before purchase.
No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items, which include adding clips to a bow.
I am not responsible for the failure of a clip or barrette. I am not a clip manufacturer.
I recommend grooming bands on all bows for this reason.
KEEP YOUR PETS SUPERVISED WHEN THEY ARE AROUND BOWS,  BANDS, JEWELRY and ALL ACCESSORIES!!
I cannot be held responsible for items that your pet chews on, or normal wear and tear.
If a refund has been authorized for ANY reason, a 10% fee will be assessed due to processing fees.

NOTE: If I have invoiced you for items via Paypal, I assume you are in the USA. Please let me know accordingly if you are not, as shipping outside of the USA is higher and the shipping charges will need to be adjusted.
